what to expect from new mods
hey guys new here to the forum, had a couple questions i was hoping somebody could awnser for me.
i have an 1989 notch 5 spd with 166,000 kms with no options, (+1 for having the lighest notch)
anyways was wondering if anyone could tell me what i should expect for gains in et / mph from my newly installed mods:
k&n filter
electric fan
smog pump removal
rebuilt trac-lok
3.73 gears
P275/40R17 micky t's et streets
current fastest is 14.4 sec 1/4 at 94mph at 2200ft and with a 5mph headwind, mods at the time were:
flowmaster 40's with dumps
gutted factory h-pipe
underdrive pulleys
14 deg timing
street tires (225/60/15)
2.73 gears
oh and any idea what id run at sea level with no headwind?
thanks to everybody who replys,

RE: RE:
You might feel a small increase, I don't know if you'd even be able to feel it, but every little bit will help. If you're a good driver I would say (with the new mods) that you could probably see mid to high 13's. It's really hard to tell, your car is only as good of a driver as you are.(to an extent).
