Ya I prefer the 87-93 style personally. Plus I have lots of parts for those years. Besides, just putting the motor in I still have to run wiring harness for the computer, want to stay with efi. I kinda got a bad deal with the 89. Checked it all out, everything seemed good on it. Last year I pulled out the interior to fix a small hole in the floor & found both floor pans rotten, somebody went to a lot of trouble taring it & smoothing it so u couldn't tell. Fixed all that. Pulled the motor last weekend to clean up engine bay & found some rust along frame rails, Started pooking at it and the only thing holding in my k-member is the 2 bolts, completely rotten on both sides. Also when I pulled off the ground effects to remove the fenders, both fenders were rotten behind it. All the stuff u couldn't see was bad. I got screwed. I hate people like that. Anyway thanks for the info. Oh ya, when the interior was out also found that someone had replaced the roof on it. All 4 pillars were cut and welded.

My body was mostly done when I got it. I think the four eyes are uglt. I like the 87-93 much better. Why should he go through the trouble of buying another car if he already has these two? That would be crazy. To each his own.
