Id like to add more horsepower quick and cheap... What are some of the least expensive ways to add horseys for a 1995 5.0

Lol, you went from Kenne Bell to cheap mods. Anyway, cheap hp gains.
1. Bump your timing
2.K&N Air filter and remove air box/silencer
3.Underdrive pullies
4. Not reallyhp, but get new gears.

After that it gets more expensive, and i'm sure i missed something. Good luck.

stock motor u can run more but id run 8lbs and yes u will notice a big diff. How many horses is diff on every car. But with 8lbs im safe to say ud gain atleast 75+hp and Tq to the rear most likely more.
