450-500hp is very doable and still be fairly streetable

High rev cam shifting at like 7,000rpm
will get you deep into the 11's

just finished installation of mine this weekend, its the best thing for a 302, besides a 331(favorite).

Just dont go over more than a .030 bore to the walls of the block, it was worth the time and money[:-]

i hope you have alot of ptv with a XFI stroker cam and 1.72 RR. i would just go with 1.6rr's personally. the track heat heads should be fine. also i would get the holley intake over the track heat. i regret getting the track heat since holley's flow better

i think that'll be a good setup.. just bump the hedders up to 1 3/4" and that should be just fine

+1,

1 3/4 LT's

1.6 rockers plenty. - I have the CompCams XFI "stroker" cam in my 351W w/ 1.6's, very nice
and they had to notch the sh*t out of my pistons with the 1.6 rockers.

Holley Intake is better or Trickflow R for a 347.

might want to get 30lbs injectors too, 24's not quite enough.

I have a 347 internal balanced (no counterweights) eagle 4340 lightened crank, 4340 rods, srp 9.0 :1 pistons. XFI stroker cam .608 lift .312 duration AFR 205cc 2.080 1.6 with the 75cc exhaust ports, fidanza 11lb flywheel, for now cobra intake, 24lb injectors, revs to 8000rpm. msd digital 6, blaster coil and dist. 1.6 full RR, 3.73's mac equal lenths shortys, off road h-pipe and mac one chamber race mufflers. runs like a million bucks haven't been to the track yet anyone have an opinion on what my car will run? not to steal your post or anything, basically same question but i'm not sure what compression ratio you are running thanks.

do u plan on boosting the motor since ur cr is so low? also your tracktime would depend on suspesion and tires
