Default Performance Question

I dont know a whole lot but my car has an 11:1 compression ratio so a supercharger is outta the question. I was wondering what other mods i could do to it. Is nitrous a possibility?

to answer youre first question, yes and no. if you plan on running on pump gas then yes, with a 11:1 comp ratio a supercharger is out of the question... but.. if you run race fuel then you can run a supercharger with that comp ratio.

nitrous would love that 11:1 comp ratio.

to answer youre question about the mods.. we need to know everything the car already has...

ohh and by the way... [sm=ttiwwp.gif]

Its possibly to get your car to be able to be supercharged. It will require some work though to drop your compression. Not sure how far you will be able to get it down though.

I'll get some pics today and put them in my signature. There's a lot done to the motor but i only have half the reciepts b/c i bought it from a guy who's buddy did all the work. It's runnin 298rwhp & 315rwtq on a mustang dyno. It's a 90 LX with a 306. From what i know it has an f cam, ported heads, lifters, roller rockers, edelbrock performer intake, 24lb injectors. I'll try and figure out the rest.

thats good numbers for a 306 on a mustang dyno.[sm=smiley20.gif]

from the sounds of it the motor is screaming for a wet shot of the giggle juice.

+1 Those are VERY good numbers if you are running stock heads on a Mustang Dyno. Mustang Dyno's are not that generous from what I hear.
