Where can I just buy one header bolt? I really don't want to buya kit.

the only way really is to get one off a friend if u live in the KY area i will give you one

uh... go to lowes get a grade 8 bolt in the size and length you need... itll work just fine..

How easy is it to get it into that back section. I know it's close quarters back there. Can I get one with a hex top?

header bolts are easy... all of them
