You could also call up TF and talk to them about it, I'm sure they'd know

This is exactally what I am thinking... if they are a good set of heads I will get them off of him for pretty cheap. We'll see And I believe that they are ported.

OK guys. They are an old set of Hi Ports... I just have to find out the specs on them first now! How much do you guys think a set of these heads are worth (older version)?

Its just an older head that TF put out. Im not sure of the specs on them though... I asked the guy at TF how the heads were and he said "phsshhh I have seen guys run 1600hp through those heads". And than that was it I need alot more information on them though. Can anyone tell me a way to find out the the intake valve size and cc size? Could someone tell the CC by a pic?

Old Hi-ports are still good. Your biggest issue is the headers. I ran Hi-Ports years ago, the needed headers are 600-800 bucks for a good set. 200 dollar fox body headers dont cut it.

Yea, I found that out when I was talking to the TF guy. I guess thats the meaning of "high ports" because it raises the exhaust port right? Anyway,I didnt plan on running a set of sh*tty headers anyway. But why wont regular headers work (I know they wont just wondering why). Is it because they wont bolt up to it or because the headers wont work when they are in the car?

What companies sell headers for the hi-ports?
