ok.. do you mean the stock HP?... or what is the max to go with for hp on a stock block?? either way.. stock is 225hp... max is around 450hp is the general rule of thumb before the block splits in half.

so then go somewhere else to get a block that can hold that hp
and i was talking with my dad and he said that the 4.6 engines can hold up to 600 hp
but then why will a engine with a smaller deplacement and less leiters hold more hp ???

4.6 mod motors are also known to have serious piston issues at that power
level too. Mod motor is a newer block design
Lots of '03 Cobra owners running 20psi whipples have engine problems after about 3,000 miles
The 302 was only made for about 250-300hp. The fact that it will hold 500hp is impressive
asking more is just starting to get rediculous

how about for a transmission whats a good choice i was lookin at a bullit proof t-5 they got out now that there saying that can hold up to 650 hp ora TKO 600 wich can hold up to 600 hp but if any one has a better sugestion for a transmission i will look into it
