Nice, I rememeber when my engine looked like that.....last weekend[8D]

Are you getting it dyno tuned after? I have thumper ported gt40p's on mine and I am wondering how much of a difference there would be

I talking about his e7's... the gt40p's are different, both ported by thumper though. It's the head not the port

my buddy dave put those identical heads thumper ported into his 89 gt and was very disappointed that a stock cobra h/c/i was more responsive and powerful that his, and those are a dime/dozen on ebay

Thanks!

That helped a lot, I will be removing the cam this evening...

Texas 5.0 i'm loving your shop light as well lol that is funny.

7upedition, a lot of people are claiming 12's with his heads and the same mods as I will have. I just hope the car will be in the 12's at least after I get some drag radials, 3.73's, and some upper/lower control arms and other suspension junk.

I also just got done tearing my engine down, took 1 day to get it look like this and 5 days to smooth the engine bay and paint the front end.
Not to bad for over 100k

looks good man, nice shop light by the way lol
I know that is 100 watts of pure blinding light! That lamp weighs like 60lbs but I can't justify spending the money on an actual shop light with the proper extension cord and safety bulb that won't shatter when I drop it!

-Jeff
most shops fired are caused by using hte wrong light... which u are doing.... i dont wanna rain on your show but that light bulb so close to all that oil is a huge fire hasard that u wont be able to put out... be carefully otherwise ull lose you car bro.... it does look good... thumper does a good job i think ull like his work... i know i did... i got my stock gt-40s ported the hell out of.... pretty good power and its not even tuned... im happy hope u will be too
