Intake and kenne bell question...
Ok so over the winter I want to buy an hci and a kenne bell blowzilla/flowzilla. I'd like to buy the trickflow hci, but I don't know if that intake, will work with the kb, if that won't, could you recommend some other kits off of summitracing that WOULD work, its an 89 gt btw... and with a roots type supercharger like the kb, do you just not use the upper intake manifold? sorry for that noobish question.

RE: Intake and kenne bell question...
With teh KB, you won't use the upper intake at all. So the trickflow kit is a waste of money. Get a GT-40 lower intake and you'll be all set. You can either get one off eBay, or just get one off an old Explorer.

A while a go I called up KB and spoke w/ Mr. Bell about what I wanted to do, and he said the heads that work best with the blowzilla are AFR's (I think he said the 185s). I haven't gotten there yet but that was his advice. If you are set on a KB, just call them and talk to 'em. They will take the guess work out of it.

KB specifies that you need to use a GT-40 lower only! And take addermk's advice on the heads, those Canfields are pretty sweet...

okay... your right, but putting aside the fact you'd be a retard to install a $4000 s/c onto a stock lower intake with stock heads, most guys are gonna spend a couple hundred bucks on the much better flowing GT-40 lower... your silly[sm=icon_guiness.gif]
