96+ spindles on a fox, what tie rods???
I searched but, can't find a solution.
I installed 96+ spindles (from a 2000 GT)onto my 1990 LX 5.0 and I am not comfortable with the amount of threads that are holding the inner tie-rods to the outer tie-rods after an alignment. Does anyone know if there are different inner tie-rods, outer tie-rods, or a complete rack & pinion that will correct this problem? Does a bumpsteer kit help?
Thanks,
Michael

haha i know what you mean, when i changed my spindles i was like "dang! i don't like how the tie-rods aren't holding as much thread as before" but it's been fine, no problems at all and i never heard of anybody having a tie rod just pop out because of that set-up, so i'm sure it's no problem.

doesn't a bump steer kit just adjust how the angle of the tie rod is in conjuction to the spindle? at least that's what i thought.
