Default Toasted my rear end.

Went to do a whole shot and the car hopped so bad that I managed to pop the plugs right out of the back (the 2 that are next to the diff cover 1 on each side) on top of that my rear is now almost facing the street. What exactly did I break?

i didn't quite get the whole thing...i am assuming you are talking about the axle mount bushings or the upper control arms....

Sounds like you spun your center section on your axle tubes(just my guess)...did you break your drive shaft or mess it up?

the part of the rear the driveshaft connects to is now angled towards the street. the car still starts and shifts into gear, I can even get it to start to move but there is a horrible banging coming from the rear end.

sounds like the carrier went bye bye, or you bent the pinion gear somehow

My guess is your pinion took a dump and took the axle with it in the process. The banging is probably the pinion skipping on the ring gear and your u-joints probably arent too healthy now as a result.

Take the cover off and grab a trash can.

don't try to drive it...you will do even more damage....you either broke the welds on the axle tubes or something connected to the upper control arms...

What do you mean by plugs on each side of the rear cover? I don't know of any plugs... take a look a the pic below... if you broke the two black things in that pic, they are called upper control arm mounts. God people, open a book and read about the car you're beating the snot out of and you'll know what these parts are called. If that is what's broken and you don't even know what they are, then you have no business trying to fix it yourself, so I'm not going to explain... just take it to a garage.
