broken record question about flywheels
ok, so I have gotten the old 3.8 out of my mustang and the 5.0 is almost ready to go in.
the one major hiccup I have encountered is the flywheel. what I need to know is if the '87 5.0 used a 50 oz flywheel. I found one on ebay for all of 10 bucks.

will this work with my motor? if so, I'll buy it asap, if it wont, then I also found one at MPS and I am sure Cj's has stock ones lying around.
thanks

RE: broken record question about flywheels
my bad, yeah I meant flexplate. never knewthere was a difference in name... (I always thought the felxplate was that thin metal plate that went between the bellhousing and the rear of the block) but I called cj's and answered my own question... only they were out of stock, so I may get the one on ebay or see what MPS has tomorrow after I get home from job #1... my goal is to have the motor in by next saturday, the 21st(this one I am busy andI work everyday this week[:@])
