Default Eibach Sportline or ProKit

I am getting ready to buy a set of lowering springs for my 88 hatch and i would like to go eibach b/c i heard a lot of good stuff about them. But is the drop the only difference in the 2 types. Oris there something better? It would be for a daily driver. Thanks

go with sprotlines they handle extremly well and ride nice, go with upper ployurethane coil isolaters to offset the extra lowering. I have both kinds on different stangs and sportlines are the best

I have the Pro-Kits....it keeps the handling great...gives a lowered look....but not that on the floor lowered look.

My buddy has Sportlines and he bottoms out every once and a while....I had them on for 2 years...haven't bottomed yet!

Either way...Eibach isa great choice! Have you considered that you will need Caster/Camber Plates too? Especially with the Sportlines....

Thats strange, I dont have c/c plates but I have the Eibachs, the geometry is correct as well. How much are you dropping it?

If you lower that low not only will you need c/c plates but a bumpsteer kit or offset bushings for the ssteering rack. I would suggest steeda sport springs. They are priced nice and lower you car really nice but not to lower for city or speed bumps. this explains suspension really good.

If you put the upper polyurethane coil isolaters on it will look just like the pro kit, my car as never bottomed out. My 89 with pro kit and no isiolaters is lower. It was fine without c/c plates but its better with, I just installed some and new rack with offset bushings. Heres a pic

C/C plates really look nice though
