It has stamped rockers... here are some pics... the other side looked the same... I couldn't move the rockers by hand (on the other side... for some reason I didn't tug on the driver side, but they look okay in the pics, right?)

hmmm. it really sounds like a rocker but you said none of them are loose. seeing as we are just hearing this from a video and not in person its kinda hard to tell, but other possibilities...didnt look like it but maybe a wire is grounding somewhere before it gets to the plug or maybe an exhaust leak at the head/header. the latter seems unlikely but you could check it out i guess. sorry dude[>:]

Check your wires and your coil to make sure they are not arcing. Because my 95, 5.0 did that and it sounded like a lifter tap. So check that first thing.

best thing to do is go get an automotive stephascope and while it's running put it on the valve cover to localize the sound = which side it's on?? the stephascopes usually come with a rod that screws on the end or a horn end for such noise locating problems

a cheap way that might work is the old put a flat head screwdriver to the valve cover trick and put your ear to the handle end and move it around the valve cover. if it is louder up front you'll know to focus on that, rear vice versa.

are you sure that you dont have one hellova exhaust leak? lol double check the easy stuff first like the wires, exhaust manifold, etc.
