AFR's are mo-betta

The TW's will have little better low lift flow due
to larger valves, but the AFR's come with CNC'd runners
and combustions chambers from the factory.

AFR also just upgraded standard springs and valves to
better components, make sure you order from factory
so you dont get old stock with old parts.

Better for what? One head might make more power over another in one particular combination, but honestly, they're so close in performance that you'll never notice the few hp that one makes over the other.

On a side note, I like many others, have never really been a fan of AFR's basic spring package, not that it mattered since I had Comp Beehives to stick on my 165's

They recently fixed this short coming
better and lighter springs and better valves

I went with AFR 165's with 58cc ports.
They came with upgraded springs.

Sorry gotta go with a set of small valve Eddy rpm (new style), touch up the exhaust side and well.....my dyno numbers say everything I can say. Combined with a mild XE cam and (as some would say) 'junk' box stock typhoon the numbers even more impressive...300ft lb torque Avg to go with the peak numbers.
