Default cigarette lighter and power outlet

is there a way to wire both the cigarette lighter and the power outlet in an SN95 so that when the car is off, the power on both outlets cuts off? this is purely for convienence because i have a XM radio and a radar detector that i sometimes forget to unplug when i get out of the car. any help would be appreciated, thanks!

Yeah, just find a 12 volt key on source and run a new wire.

Are mechanically inclined at all? You will need a test light, some wire, side cutters, crimpers and butt connectors or solder depending the type of connection you want. If that's all chineese to ya, take it somewhere and have it done. 1/2 hour to an hours labor at best.
