In that case, try to locate a 1996 Explorer. But you probably already knew that. If you knew about the differences between the P and the regular GT40s (headers, spark plugs, etc), then you're already on the right track.
Now quit being a wuss and get forced induction. I run nitrous and a supercharger on my 95 GT.

If the car in good shape? Hot motor? Your tires aren't helping, what about the basics: tire pressure, fuel filter, ignition componets, oil/fliuds etc.
It is my understanding that a MAF will work fine as long as the smaller tube, where the senor is, increases in diamenterin proportion with the overall diamenter, like my 76mm CAI/MAF kit from C&L.
A hot car in need of some TLC, and the air is hot, at a semi-high elevation, could yield some slow time on balds tires, even with a few bolt-ons.

they are mac, i have head that they may work. but when im that far in my engine may work wont cut it. speaking of the control arms my blue oval control arms and sub frames showed up today. the dumbass driver needed a sig for the tires so i have to go pick them up later tonight. Now im just waiting on my alt. As for forced induction. Super or a turbocharger-NEVER, Nitrous will go on at a later time, but not till im hitting low 13's

RE: Car is Slow
my 94 ran 14.8 @ 94 when it was completely stock down to the air silencer with 198k miles on the odo. It is a 5-spd coupe. My track is at 2500 ft. elevation, so unless you track is much higher in elevation, you have a problem. my 60 ft. was a 2.0 on street tires.

1) he has a mismatched MAS / MAF
2) he is running on bald street tires!
That right there is enough to explain the 60" times and the ET. Am I the only one that thinks that it is blatantly obvious?
