Pinched Fuel Line

Pinched Fuel Line
When I was installing my subframe connectors...I noticed that my fuel line (the supply line) had a pinch in it. You can see scrapes right by it like I hit a stick in the road or something that bent it back a little...causing a kink in the line.
Now my fuel pressure is good, but do you think that the kink can cause a surging idle, or something else that I should be looking out for??
I am going to repair it as soon as possible...any suggestions on a new line? Should I go bigger, better...remain stock?

I am looking on Summitt, and I am not even seeing the original ones....
I found a stainless steel line on 50Resto for $125...

you dont need bigger fuel lines until you reach close to 600hp. dont even stress it. if the pressure stays good and constant through the RPM band, while under a load, you are good.

Just to be sure, the wider one is the supply line right?
