Default New problem! NEED HELP ASAP

OK so my car has just started this popping and backfiring. It only does it when im driving normal, when i punch it it's fine. I have played with the timing a little bit, that was no improvement. All vacum lines and sensors are hooked up. I had one person tell me it was the O2 sensors. I have no idea let me know what you guys think. Thanks Jack

patience my friend!!! that's no way to get help[>:] try cleaning the mass air meter and or run a koeo/koer test.....sounds like it may be a little lean on cruise check all ignition components for arcing but I'd lean more towards the a/fuel mixture like mass air issur and or o/2 sensors

Sorry its just my daily driver and its kinda tuff to drive in this condition. Just frustrated thats it. What do you mean check for arching in the ignition components. I will go try and clean the mass air real quick.

be careful cleaning the mass air they sell cleaner at the local parts store....as far as arcing goes get a spray bottle and mist the ignition components with water like the plug wires and cap and coil and look for spark jumping out of the wires or listen to see if you can hear it find a shady area for better observation
