Default 5.0 Bolt-On Question

I have a 94 5.0 with a few bolt-ons and would like your input/advice on a few parts:

Short Tube Headers
65mm T.B
Mail Order Tune: 3 or 4Bank Chip, 87 Economy, 89 Performance, 93 Max Performance settings.

Open to anyideas.
Would those parts be a worthwhile additon to my current mods? The car is a DD, so no serious work is going to be done any time soon. For those that have full bolt-on cars, any suggestions?I would like to get it tuned regardless of headers or larger T.B, but thought those parts would round out the combo nicely. Are they worth it power wise? Installion effort(headers)? Net gain?
Any feed back would be appreciated.

No, you will get the same performance gains from a timing light and advancing your timing. Save your money on the chip until you do some serious uprgades like heads/cam/intake. Do some gears first like 3.73's or 4.10's, that will make a noticable difference.

I don't think you would see much gains from a tb, and tuning it won't realy do all that much unless you have some serious work done. The headers will help some though, the stock ones are not that great

3.73s or 4.10s really would make much difference from the 3.55s get the headers and unless you are gunna do h/c/i dont worry bout the tune or tb

I looking at a chip, because my car has a chronic ping,( check timing, clean MAF, 93 octane, fuel system cleaner, stock t-stat.)I have a hard time getting rid off 100% of the time. I have read that 94-95 computers have a tendency to run lean, and a custom tune can fix that, as well as make sure the car benefits as best it can from any intake/exhaust work.

Header gain? I not that interseted in messing with them for 5 HP. Same goes for the T.B, I was just wondering if those parts would be benefical to the overall package. You know, complimnetary mods. I agree about more gear, but the 3.55's arethere to stay.

It pings higher than 4K RPM when on the gas hard(I don't do that very often), but it run greats overwise, no other noises, no smoke, no oil consumption.
Timing: 10*, but that was a while ago, and now I am wondering if I should double check myself.
