why are you running an inline fuel pump when you have a pump in the tank?

are you running 20lbs of boost?

Where did you install your pump? You typically want to have the pump installed as close the the tank as possible and have the regulator as close to the fuel rail as possible. Under the hood will fry your pump and wear the pump out that much faster for having to suck that hard to get the fuel from your tank to the engine compartment.

Ok....
Step1, Get Holley 'blue' pump and mount it as close to the stock tank as you can while leaving room for a good filter between it and the tank. Get a filter rated at least 90gallons per hour.
Step2, Use the regulator as close to the carb as you can. If I remember right, they come pre-set to 5PSI, that's fine.
Step3, Get/install a relay (painless wiring is good one) as close to the pump as possible........
Have a good time...........

the red should be fine....... the blue needs a regulator good if you intend to juice it later.....has the intanke pump been removed??? and a piece of tubing installed in place??? I would hope it's not trying to pull fuel through the in tank pump. just an idea if you keep burning up pumps
