Default circuit breakers

I have a '92 lx 5.0. The power windows will not roll up and i went to check the circuit breaker and its a big one. The local parts place said to go to the dealer because they didnt have it. I was just wondering if anyone else came across this problem and if they had to do the same thing. The breaker is big and enclosed in metal so i cannot tell if it is burned through or not. Thanks for any help in advance.
Also, does anyone know where I can find an online free circuit breaker diagram for my car? There is one slot open in my panel and I can't figure out whats supposed to go there.
