Correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe the '94 and '95 models had the H.O. 5.0. I'm pretty sure my '94 does, anyway.. I couldn't tell you the benefits or pitfalls, though..

Ohh man... Where to start.

Well all 94-95s (known as the sn-95 body style) came with HO 5.0s.

There are alot of advantages and what SOME would conciter dissadvantages to them.

ADV.
Nicer interior than a fox, smoother ride, more modern computer, 4w disk brakes + abs, better sound system(460), Better accessory setup on motor, External EGR, areodynamics, and more.

DISV.
Heavier, Slower (stock), Computer can be touchy with cams, annoying elbow on intake, hyper pistons vs forged (not quite as friendly with power adders), and at times a bit harder to work on(although i dissagree with this sterotype)

All in all i would consider a sn-95 more creature friendly and more modernized than a fox, but there is no denying that with a fox power can come a bit cheaper.

When he said adv. and disadv. he was referring to the H.O. and non H.O. motors. You don't really have to worry about it because any Mustang with the 5.0 engine from 1982(3) to 1995 had the 5.0L H.O. engine.

As for the Fox/SN debate, they are both awesome cars, and both put fourth an unbeatable platform for horsepower. Drive it, mod it, love it.

Holy crap! Ford released a Mustang with a 5.0 engine in 1882? :P:P

..Just messing with you.

Read before you correct somone please.

And the gts is basically a v6 with a 5.0 in it. As in it has v6 styling no power seats, and a few other things to make it lighter and cheaper. they are not a bad car to have as they are rarer than gts AND lighter. Just personal preference.
