I have a 95 5.0 5 spd. I currently have a High flow BBK H-Pipe, 75 mm MAF, K and N drop in. I am hoping to get my gears(373) in by the end of this week and after that I am looking to get Flowmaster American Thunder Cat Back(Not because they are the best but because they give decent improv for alot less than Magnaflow or Bassani). I want to run someting close to 13.75 on street tires. What else do I need to do without major engine mods or NOS?</P>
I am also going to bump timing to 14 btdc at next tune up.</P>
Thanks </P>

To runa13.7 you would most likely need a good cam, some headers, and a set of heads, with those you should be into the 13s easy. What are you running now with those mods ? <edited><editID>T5superduty</editID><editDate>37887.9566203704</editDate></edited>

Actually there is only a 1/8 track within decent driving distance and I havet had a chance to get out there yet with work. I was thinking of getting some headers and mabye a cam with my tax refund,. I dont think I am gonna have the 1,000 plus for heads though Anything else alittle cheaper?

The JBA headers worked wonders on my 5.0 They really got the exhaust open and helped with gas and most of all performance and sound. I bought them for 400 bucks, they got a few thousand miles on them mabye. I'm asking only 100. These headers are street legal. I also have a new Grant steering wheel and i'm also asking only 100 bucks</P>
