I had Flow Techs at one time and they are good for the money. You need to buy Flow Tech's H-pipe with them, they use a gasket, 3 bolttype connection at the header instead of the ball and socket factory style connection. If you can afford it get the BBKs, they are well made and fit really well. I had no problems put them on and if anything I have more ground clearance now than I did before.

I just bought the Jegs long tubes, havent installed them yet, but they look like there pretty quality. I plan on just running either open header, or running extensions with dynomax bullets, dunno yet. Dont do to much street driving so thats not a concern.

I have flowtech long tubes and matching x-pipe..and for the money they are decent but you have to cut the flange on the passanger side and piece back together 3 of the tubes for install and once on the driver side..what sucked was all the piece together connections leaked and I had to wrap them with header wrap..other than that they are decent

Out of those, your best fit and likely quality is going to be the BBK line.
