Default jack up engine safely

what do i need to disconnect to do it safely. im going to use an engine hoist ( have to unbolt the pan) and i want to disconnectas little as possible without causing to much strain on my parts

Depends on how high you need it to go.
The only thing I think you may have trouble with is the ground strap on the back of the intake manifold that goes to the firewall.

Probably need to take the fan or fan shroud off too, or just unbolt the fan.

I think that's all, but i could be forgetting.... it's been a while.
