Hey guys, bought this delete kit, about to start on it. Wondered if anyone else has purchased and installed, anything to look out for. Should I take the radiator and fan out? Any tips would be great. Thanks

you shouldn't need to. Loosen the alt pulley before taking the belt off.

under drive pullies in general are not good for street cars, your not supposed to restrict your water flow, your not supposed to restrict your charging etc on street cars. Think about how many posts come here about having charging problems from them, think about how many people post because there cars over heat, im not saying that this is a common issue, but it does slow the water pump down a decent amount.

It must be different from car to car because I could keep my 331 cool with a stock radiator, stock fanand underdrive pullies. Ihave since changed to an aluminum radiator and electric fan with the stock Fox body alternator and under pullies with not even a hick-up.

its not different from car to car. The way it is, flat out 100% FACT. Is that from the factory with a 75amp alternator and accessories on, you WILL discharge at idle. Even more so with an electric fan. I am not saying everyone will have water temp issues, but everyone WILL have idle issues with the stock alt and under drive pullies. PERIOD.
