Default How do I tell if I have the H.O or not?

Hey guys, How do I tell if I have an H.O or not? So I can check the firing order and be sure I have the right one. I should have one but that doesn't mean I do..

It does but you could always swap that plate out or is that plate only on H.O's?

If your 87 has the original 5.0 engine, then it's an H.O.

your 87 is an HO is the motor is original

an easy way to check is look for the firing order on the intake, as well as what mr j said

a non HO has a different order

I know their rare, but not really how rare since they were only made for half the production year. Do you know how many they made that year?
