Torque Specs 5.0?

Anyone have the torque specs and the firing order for the 5.0? I could not find a good link on the internet...thought one of you might have it.

I saw this one but it does not tell the main bearing caps torque specs....

Main caps is 70 ft. lbs if I recall.
