They do replace the lower control, the front bolts up just like the original but the rear is a little different. There is a bracket that bolts up, and can be welded to the factory rear end housing, and the control arm bolts to that bracket. I've put them on a couple guys cars and they didn't seem to work any better than a good set of replacment arms and they are more work to put on.
