Hey everyone, I live in california and am currently looking for basically a whole new exhaust set up minus headers (I have bbk shorties). Im not sure what I have on it now and the guy I bought it from didnt say, but I have to say the sound is disappointing. At idle you can barely hear the car idling and it gets decently loud on WOT, but it just lacks the grunt and intensity Im looking for at idle and I want the grumble when cruising. Being in california I dont currently have cats in, but figured since Im getting a whole new set up, I might as well try to find a system w/cats. (trying to avoid a ticket and being able to pass smog if possible). My question is, what exhaust do you guys suggest or recommend with cats? and would I pass smog with them? It passed with them before I bought the car.
