Possible good deal.

Possible good deal.
I recently came upon a 90 model GT. It is a rolling chasis. It needs a drivetrain and some interior work. The exterior appears in fair condition.I just believe they might want a little much for it.They are asking 1500. I'm not sure if it has a good rear end or any suspension work. I'm aware that if it has either it might be worth the 1500 depending on what kind of suspension work or rear end it has, but if it doesn't have either I was wondering what kind of price you think the chassis would be worth. I was thinking between 5 and 700. But I didn't want to low ball or pay too much either.

1500 for a roller with only fair body and needs interior work? That seems quite high to me, last week if I had moved abit faster I could have had a notch with no engine/tranny, missing some interior parts with no rust/dents for 100.

agreed too much
for $1500 it should have a clean interior and need no body work whatsoever.
just motor/trans and away you go
after a good inspection, you may see it's worth roughly $500 , but look good
