I would recommend a nice compressor with some air tools Its cheaper than most think, I got a nice Husky compresson for $300 bucks that came with an impact gun, air hammer, spray nozzle, spray gun, air grease gun, air ratchet and all fittings, etc. Since then the only thing to fail was the impact gun, which I just repaced for a nice Craftsman.

I saw that kit.....it looked Awesome, you are happy with it?

For Christmas, I told my wife I wanted a compressor, and she opted for the porter cable pancake compressor. It was nice....it came with a couple of NICE nail guns, but my impact gun cannot even break a lugnut with the small capacity of air [:@]

I guess the morale to that is.....if you are buying a compressor to work on cars, make sure you have a good size tank

Doesn't matter how big your tank is if your impact is a piece of crap. I've got a thirty gallon craftsman and bought a cheap impact and it would not break the lugs. I started paying attention to torque numbers on the guns and bought a craftsmen with 580 lbs of torque. That made all the difference in the world. Makes me feel like a nascar tire changer

I'm very happy with that compressor and the tools that came with it. The impact finally let me down (but I cant say I took good care of it, threw it around, etc.) recenty and I bought a craftsman rated at 450lbs/torque but i havent used it yet, its too nice, it has like a chrome finish to it lol

Anyway, Im not sure what size it is, for some reason i cant remember, its about 1/2 ft wide and 4 feet tall maybe?

Once I started using Blue Point(Snap On Tools) price doesnt matter any more.
I set up an account and payment plan with them and they put money in my pocket, the very easy way.
I kill the older tech's with specialized and quality engineered tooling and concepts. They are constantly going in my tool box pissing me off.

Their impact guns are quiet and extremely powerfull. All warranted for life. They have 3/8 drive impacts that will kill a 1/2 inch Sears Impact, and its lightweight and fits in tight areas.

Also I have some of snap on's diesel tools.

When that guy comes and is trying to sell you something, he is there to help you.[8D]
