car wont run, just replaced...
so i have a 90 hatch, supercharged with 255 fuel pump, 42lb injectors, b303 cam, gt 40 heads, cobra upper and lower intakes, 90mm mass air. I was having trouble with my can idleing irradicly like it did know what to stay at. Droping to 200rmp and going to about 1300rpm on ever loop. It was also missing, stumbling, bucking under load. Today i changed my tbs, iac, and the fuel filter. The idle has steadied out however its still missing and wanting to shut off when driving. Also when the car was idling and i clicked my car into reverse, it made the idlestart jumping like it had before and the car shut off. I had a egr ordered that will be in tomorrow afternoon. Im stumped and getting frustrated. Does anyone have any idea? I need some help. Thanks

so do you think that the tps not being set even though its brand new would cause the problems that im having... my car is idleing fine, its just that when i try to drive and put the engine under load it bogs and misses and stumbles again. My idle problem is fixed its just that under load its still messed up. And for some reason when im driving then come to a stop and get on the clutch, the motor rmps drop to 300 or so rpms... would this tps not being set cause this? I have a egr on order that will be in tomorrow and im hoping that will help me out... what do you think?

just because it is new doesn't mean it is right, it might work fine for a stock motor, but you need to check it, slot the holes if necessary for additional adjustment

as far as ive know they dont come ready to go, u have to set them.betting its the problem. that will tell the ecu the tb is open more or less than it really is and screw with fuel ratio
