electrical issue?
Here's the deal, my '93 GT is having an issue with charging and staying running. I put a new battery, new alternator, and new starter relay. The starter itself is only a year old. I can jump the car off and it will run as long as I leave in connected on the jumper cables. As soon as i disconnect the cables my car dies. I'm wondering if anyone ever had this issue or is a good enough mechanic to figure out this issue. Thanks for any help ya'll can provide.

RE: electrical issue?
i would say you got a bad alt
our 5.0's are internally regulated, thats why the alt is a bit pricey
that is assuming you are talking about just running for a little bit....if you are talking longer term...check for ud pullies and ditch for stock
you can tell if you have ud's by the crank pulley (or just measuring all of them) the crank pulley is obvious...it's the same size as the balancer...not 2" bigger

RE: electrical issue?
FIRST if your battery is dead to to a charging issue...it'll be much easier to diagnosis problem with the battery charged up...so do that... then if you have a multimeter you can perform a voltage drop test on the battery cables and or clean all connections and check grounds... and you say the alt is new ..?? how new??? sometimes of the shelf reman alts are DOA!!!..i'D HAVE IT LOAD TESTED AND see if it is outputing anything??
