Default Good deal?

Well, I'm currently hunting for my next car, and I wish to inquire as to whether or not what I am currently looking at is a good deal. It's a 1988 LX Hatchback 5.0/5-speed, 130k miles, it's been sitting in a garage for six years since the heater core went out and the owner trusted a friend to fix it(bad idea). Anyways, it supposedly ran perfectly prior to it being put into the garage, and it doesn't appear that anything has been touched mechanically(which makes me think it really did run fine). It includes an extra axle with 3.73 gears, an extra moon roof a grant steering wheel and a stereo. I think I can finish the job with the heater core, and I can get the car for 800.

Does it sound like a good deal to you guys?

Thanks for your help.

No, it hasn't been ran, so i'm going to give it a tune up before I even try to start it.

It's already 95% of the way torn down to repace the heater core, so I might as well do it since i'll have to put it back together anyways(I'm dreading this part a bit... cleaning someone else's mess up).
