Default AC questions

my AC clutch is going out.
are there anyother cars that the ac compressor is compatable with an 87+ model.
or is there anywhere online who sells them low cost.

i dont want to pay 110 for a clutch replacement, i really dont want to pay that much at all.
if there is not anything i may just go with the ac elim kit.

110?? that's cheap...heck an elim kit is half that.....it's your call but I'd just buy the compressor

like hell im paying that much for a clutch much less a comp(wich ive seen go for $200+).
elim kits it is then i suppose.
