they give a decent bang for the buck but eventually they have limitations as do all stock parts

Do they flow better due to better port design, or larger valves, or what? Do they flow better all arround or only at higher lift?
Slightly larger valves and a more efficient exhaust port and bowl design.

I wouldnt run gt40p heads theyre guna give you problems with your headers and spark plug wires. I beleive its cylnder 7 some one said you gota run a diff wire but idno i heard the gt40p's are hard top work with. they are better than gt40's but gt40s will fit no prob, and they should have 3 bars on the side of the heads where gt40ps have 4.

please dont tell me you would choose an inferior piece because you need a diffrent spark plug wire.

I am running BBK ceramic coated unequal shorties with my GT40P's and have yet to burn a plug wire, wow I had to run 1 90* sparkplug wire to #7 cylinder. I gained a good amount ofpower and compression from these heads. For the money they are a very good bang for the buck, especially if you havean upgraded intake manifold and exhaustmods.

Im about to do the same thing. So far the only "bad" things ive heard are you have to use one different plug wire. No big deal. BBK headers fit. Does anyone know what kind of other headers fit?

You have alot of choices for headers, I really like my BBK ceramics.
