Default KNOCKING!!! ARGGHHH

Just finished my electric Fan install... at first car would not Idle right IDle was bounching

jackass mee... forgot to reconnect the MAP sensor (this is a SD)

i connect it and the car idles kinda high then it smoothes out then KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK!

only thing i can think of is MAYBE i sucked somthing up through the intake...

i had the airbox and tube off and started the car with theTB exposed... realized it and then i started it back up again then realized it was the MAP sensor...

now its knocking...

ugh so pissed

this has happened before when i was replacing my ACT sensor to get to it i had to take the upper intake off and i sucked a couple of metal things but luckly they stayed in the intake i really hope these havn't made thier way down any further i already shook my intake out nothing came out and i re installed it and it was still knocking... could i have bent a rod by running the car for a couple minutes with out the fan going on?i mean WTF!
