what to do next?
Soo I'm in Iraq till Oct. sometime and my 91 GT is sitting in Vegas waiting for me to modify it. Its pretty much stock with a few bolt ons (headers, h pipe, intake)..has about 130k on it and still runs great..no leaks..it has the typical foxbody problems after a certain amount of miles(as far as interior wear and tear and normal tune ups needed)...anyone have suggestions as to what I should do to make some power..whether its a blower or a HCI package...any ideas let me know what you would do? Thanks

pull the motor ..examen crank...if need be have it polished, add new bearings and rings and lightly hone the block and new oil pump, timing chain and add your cam heads and intake all at once ftw!!...if you do the work yourself and know how to all parts should run under 500 for a complete overhaul

What part of Iraq are you in? I just got back a few months ago and am looking at going again at the begining of 09. If you have saved your money just go buy a stroker shortblock and put HCI on it and get the supporting mods and be done with it. Have fun and Becarful of there!
