hey guys im not new here, i just made a new login because i forgot the old one haha. Anyways, i have a wierd problem with my 93 GT. whenever i go WOT above 1500rpms it makes a scraping/rubbing noise. The car has stock suspension i believe, and other than that for mods it has BBK intake, BBK udp's, BBK shortie headers, BBK o/r X pipe, and a flowmaster catback. it has done it even when the car is stock. The odd part i dont get is that it gets worse if theres more people or weight in the car. I looked under it when parked but i just cant find what could be causing it. Any ideas? thanks!

Look at the back of your tires and see if there is any rubbing marks on the tires. R the tires stock? Put it up on jack stand and look at the drive shaft and see if its rubing. Be careful when on jack stands.

Sounds like a tail pipe hitting the axle

thats kinda what im thinking with the tailpipe. ill have to take a look this weekend and see if a hanger is broken.

Good call stang8689! that was exactly what it was. i loosened the hanger and clamp and slid it further in and now its golden! mods can close this. You guys are awesome that sound was REALLY getting to me.
