Default troubles again with codes, HELP!

replaced a few things lately.

new evp sensor
new O2 sensors
cleaned all the corrosion off my 02 sensor harness cause it looked like poop.

now i ran codes and for koeo
34
85

and for koer it will not complete its test. during the fuel management part of the test the engine slowly sputters and then dies and always dies in the same spot. so i was think!? what?!?!

i took it out for a drive to see if somethign was wrong. cruzing the car is fine but when you mash on the pedal the car literly goes no where. the RPMS stay in exactly the same place when you mashed on the pedal.

my thoughts is the fuel pump is dying, could this be correct? whatever performance problem im having it seems to get progressively worse day to day when i try to tinker with it.

HELP!

Need to check what is causing code 34 (EGR Valve Position Voltage Above Closed Limit (O,R), EVP circuit has intermittently failed above the closed limit of 0.67 volts (M)..... if the code is a hard failure code KOER self-test will not run.

egr is new and evp is new.... what else could it be?

i had code 34 everytime i ran it on koer and koeo....why does it matter for koer, what changed.

before i replaced with a new evp koer ran and i got codes....now it wont.

if i delete the EGR and put that resistor in the plug in will the code disapear?

also what about the lack of throttle now? is the fuel pump dying you think?

1. That code does NOT cause any driveability problems..... unless it's caused by the EGR valve not closing 100%.

2. Having new components does not mean that they will not fail.......

3. Since code 34 = EVP closed voltage is above .67 vdc maximum threshold........ something as simple as the wrong EVP sensor (there are two styles, one black and one white) installed, or the wrong EVP-EGR housing gasket installed, will cause the EVP to read over .67 vdc.

4. Check with the VOM, IGN ON, the voltage output from the EVP signal wire and a ground (similar to checking the TPS voltage)...... and LUK the results.
