Default Fuel pressure help

I am currently running a carbureted system with NOS super powershot system. I need some help with my fuel pressure. I am running a holley black fuel pump 150 gph with 2 seperate regultors 1 for the carb and one for the NOS. I am runnin an 8an fuel line from the tank.on the"in"port of thecarburetor regulator Ihave a teethat splits off to a 6an line running to the NOS fuel regulator. I have one side of the NOS regulator plugged the other side is running a 4an line to NOS fuel solenoid. The regulator is holley and no matter how I adjust it goes over 10psi. My questions are: does reducing the line increase the pressure? Is the regulator faulty? Attached isare a couple pics of the setup

I'd say it's faulty. You should be able to turn it down more.

2 regulators??? you do know that the holley regulators have two outlet ports right?? the second regulator is unnecessary ...ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS RUN THE the 2nd outlet port to the fuel selonoid and when running NO2 just bump the pressure to overall system up to 6.5 psi depending on shot running..I too am running the superpower shot system and I run 6.25 psi with the 100 shot nd no probs yet doing it the way I mentioned and I can monitor fuel pressure and bottle pressure on every run out my windshieldbtw your motor looks good!!
