Tie rod ends

I know my drivers side out is bad, but what is the best way to tell if the inner is bad as well. I was able to grab the tie rod and move it real easily.

have some one grab the wheel and rock it gently side to side and look at play on inner

no problem.. best to have two people when doing it . one to rock it, other to watch for play
