cam id help

i need help trying to identify a cam i got,it says 211 223 on the front of it and thats it i was told its supposed to be an edelbrock thats is the same as an e cam.if anyone can help me and let me know wut it is and if its better than my stock on in my 89,becuz it has no other markings on it,i dont know if i got screwed or not but i only gave 50 fo it so its not that bad if i got screwed.

usually the part numbers are on the heel the cross for an e cam to edelbrock is edl-3722
