The new MAF might give you a few more HP right now but will really help after the H/I/C. A 73 or 76mm MAF should work fine for you. Really you want it as big or bigger than your TB.

Dont out in the 24# injectors until you get heads for your car. Since you are in the market for a new MAF IMO I would get the C&L version bc you can get the MAF calibrated for your 19's that you have now and when you do get heads you can just get a new sample tube for 24's and you are ready to go. You wouldnt have to buy a new MAF also if you get the C&L MAF get the kit that has the inlet tube with it the whole kit is about $200 but its worth it
