Exclamation tierod is soaked with power steering fluid??

do i have to take whole tierod off to get to the leak, looks like its coming from inside, yeah your right i've never changed one before but plan on making this one my first...HELP

is the fluid coming out of the rack boot?? if so, time for a new rack!!!

the rack boot is the rubber accordian boot covering the inner tie rod assembley to which attaches the outer,,, so where do you see fluid exactly ouzing out??

out of the boot on the pass side...da@# there goes the new exhaust...How much will it set me back...about 200.

the connection going in is dry, but the boot is where its oozing at,where i can see looks like a couple of rings before the boot itself...can i just buy the boot alone??

no you can not just buy the boot, all it is there for is to keep dust out not retain fluid, the internal seal is shot in the rack and I bought a reman one from Napa a month ago for 75.00!!!
