Car won't start

Car won't start
I'm sorry to post another "my car won't start" thread, but I have been working on it all day and I can't seem to make any progress. I have a 95 gt 5.0 and drove the car and it ran fine 6 weeks ago. I went out to start it and the battery was toast and wouldn't even jump. So I put in a new battery and it cranks, but won't even try and start. I have spark, may have been a tad on the weak side, but it is there. The cap and rotor look fine and there is no moisture. I siphoned out as much of the gas as I could with a pump and put 4 gallons of premium in it after I replaced the fuel filter. Still nothing. I am guessing it has to be fuel delivery problem. What is the best way to check fuel to the engine. I'm guessing fuel pump or fuel pump relay. I have not checked fuses yet, but will first thing in the morning. Any one have wisdom or advice? And to make it better I am supposed to be moving across the country beginning next thursday.
Thanks in advance.
Thanks in advance.

well without the proper test equipment you can't verify jack which is why you are going in circles, first when you turn the key to the on position you should be able to hear the pump come on then go off, to check pressure you need a gauge attached to the test port on the fuel rail and how did you verify you have spark?? did you use an inline checker???

ps...if it's a fuel delivery issue you can find out real quick by spraying ether in the TB , IF it fires up briefly then goes off= fuel issue if nada!! then it's most likely spark related proceed to that point and report back!!

well the easiest way to check for the presence of fuel without a gauge set would be the schrader valve. it has a little valve inside like a tire valve. just stick a pen or something similar in there, carefully, and if fuel sprays out(with some pressure), you should be good enough to start it.

Fuel only bubbled out of the schrader valve, there was no spray.
I pulled a plug and put it next to the block and had someone crank it while I held/watched.
Thanks for the ideas so far
