for the cap deal i guess your talking about you radiator/cooling system??? what you can do there is drain your system and refill with 50/50 water and regular vinager. leave the cap off because the liquids boil at different temps. and just let it run thru your system for several minutes. this will boil out your entire system and clean the block and everything. then just fill it back up qith water and antifreeze and you SHOULD b good to go on that part.
SN95GT302: if it wont turn side to side at all what I would do is hit it with a little liquid wrench and tap, when I say tap I mean TAP!, the shaft of the dizzy with a rubber mallet very VERY lightly. Give it a little more liquid wrench and try turning it again. Thats what I would do.

hey no problem thanks alot for your input to man..as far as the vinigar i havent tried it yet but im gonna do that neways i did notice to day my water looks a lil rusty so why not clean'er out il tell you how to goes thankss guys for all ur input greatly apprciated!!!
